TMS on Ubuntu 9.10 with Upstart

TMS on Ubuntu 9.10 with Upstart

I would like to run TMS with Upstart on Ubuntu 9.10.
The problem is that running the app "twonkymedia" is not possible in foreground, but Upstart needs this to controll the start/stop/restart/status of the programm which it should handle.
I know about the paramenter -D but with or without it, it always runs in background (immediatly returns to console)

Any ideas?
