License key problems

Post by Twonky_Rick » Sun Nov 01, 2009 7:05 pm

In the process of switching over to a new e-commerce provider this weekend, something happend to our license key validation server. This is causing all the key issues being reported today. We are aware of this problem and working on a solution right now. As soon as I have an update on this problem I will post it here.

We're truly sorry for this inconvienience.

Hi Rick,
in effect this morning i write to your technical assistance 'cause my server give the 'license used by other istance of the server" message since yesterday s evening.
The trick for all the forum, meantime you work for solution, is:
if your home router support the function, configure it to avoid the access to the internet from your twonky lan address

my linksys support this type of configuration, and so my twonky nas still works!

Hi Sante,

Although we think we have resolved all of the license key issues from yesterday, If you'd like us to look into this issue, please send your license key along with the e-mail you used to purchase your license key to tmm-beta@pv.com. Thanks.
