i have a panasonic viera tx-p42g20b.i don't know if the model makes any difference but i just need to know what software to use,manager or server.other than one having no interface is there any other difference which relates to my tv?

"Best" is subjective and the kind of discussion that can start flame-wars
With Vista you have the choice of either. Both have 30 days free trials. TwonkyMedia Server requires a lower powered system than TwonkyMedia Manager (as mentioned on TMM's download page).
I'd suggest you download both, give them both a try out and see which suits you better. I doubt that there's any significant difference regarding the TV (assuming you've already searched for reports relating to your TV).
