Background transcoding options

Hello,

How can i transcoding my video files? i can't activate this option.
I have on my PC Windows XP SP3 and ffdshow installed...

okay i have find out this....
Change in the file : ....\TwonkyMedia\cgi-bin\ffmpeg.location
the right path to where ffmpeg.exe is.

So how can i transcoding to mp3? with what program?
