Lacie Mini HD on a Mac

I purchased a Lacinema Mini HD, and it cam with TwonkyMedia Server and a Key. I am able to stream videos to my Mini HD, but not to my Sony 52W5100. The TM icon does shows up, and I am able to see my pictures and music folder , but I am not able to see my videos.

I tried to contact customer support, but I can not get a number. In addition, I am trying to get a version for the server I am using but i am not able to see where this information is at. Furthermore, The Twonky Media Server shows up on my media browser, but when I click on the configuration icon, nothing happens.

I am sure the problem is fixable, but this company forgot to provide a tech support number, and this forum is cool, but there is a great deal of research that needs to be done to get a solution. The idea of paying for a product is to get support, and not to waist a great deal of time to get a simple answer.

I see a great deal of questions for mac users, but not that many responses.
