Ignore leading words like "the, and, a"

Ignore leading words like "the, and, a"

Is there a way to get Server to ignore common words like "the, and, a, el, etc." when sorting and displaying album names? It's silly to see a list of 50 albums grouped together because they all start with the word "The."

Yeah, install version 4.4.18 as it had this feature as a switchable parameter. Not sure why it was removed from v5 and v6.
