How to I change the language from chinese to english?

It looks as though I have installed my twonky server (on my mac) in chinese and I want to change it to English. I have tried uninstalling it an reinstalling it but it keeps coming back as chinese. Can any tell me how to change the language to English please?

where you have to replace "twonky-ip" by the appropriate IP/address.
