XBOX 360 Slim Problem?

Post by Captnlenz » Sun Jan 02, 2011 5:00 pm

Hallo,

i'm running an xbox 360 slim and a Western DIgital Mybook white line 1TB NAS with twonky server on it.

Are there known problems with the xbox 360 slim as a device?

The xbox doesn't list the server as a possible source for media, and in the webinterface of the twonky via http://<myboookip>:9000 ist the xbox not listed as a device..

There were both in the same WLAN network.

I know this is not a very detailed problem description, but i have no idea what to do next.

greetings

Hi Captnlenz. Have you solved this problem? I also have this problem and I don't know how to solve this. I'm really lost now. Is your xbox jtagged? If you solved this problem please post it here. I want my Xbox 360 slim to be saved. Thanks in advance.

I'm having the same issue but with all my 360's. I have no issues with any of my other devices connecting to the twonky server. My 360's will not see the twonky server at all. I'm using a thecus nas n5200 pro with twonkyserver 6.0.30. I have a mix of wired and wireless clients. My twonky server is a new setup so it is the first attempt for the 360's to work. The 360's have the new dash update.
