Re: Philipps TV 40PFL9705K/02 no AVI is streamable
Hi,
I have the same TV and no problems viewing AVI movies. Do you have the latest version of the TV software? Did you configure the Twonky server to share directory containing the movies?
regards,
Peter-Paul

Re: Philipps TV 40PFL9705K/02 no AVI is streamable
Hi Gents,
Since yesterday I have the same issue with my Philips 37PFL7605 TV. I've upgraded to Twonky manager v6 and installed the latest firmware of the Philips TV. *.avi is not streamable anymore to the TV but it is streamable to laptop/ home PC etc. Other files like *.mp3/*.jpeg/ *.vob etc are being dispalyed on the TV.
With the "old" Twonky manager (v4?) everything worked fine.
Did you already find a solution?
Regards, Martijn

If someone can send me a file for testing, we can look into this issue. Ideally one that is not too large.
Only send me files which worked with TS 4.4, which no longer work with TS 6.0. Start by sending it to tmm-beta@pv.com along with a short description of the problem. If it's too large for our e-mail, I'll provide you with FTP info. Thanks.

Hi Rick,
Many thanks for offering your support! The bad news is that the files I have are all over 350MB, so too large for email. Could you provide a ftp were I can post the file on?
Thnx, Martijn

Hi gents,
Just found the solution on the Philips support forum;
Go to TwonkyManager configuration
Go to Media Receivers
On the IP of your Philips TV change the third field in Philips Streamium AV
Save changes
Potentially you need to restart the server
This worked for me!
