Hi Everyone.
Yesterday I updated TwonkyServer to 6.0.31-RC6 on my CentOS 5.5 server just to see if subtitles are working with my Samsung TV. I had a success with some of my movies but not with all of them. I found out that some movies were displaying subtitles and some other not. After investigating a little bit more, I found that any movie having a size larger than ~800MB was not showing any subtitles. All of the movies I have tried are AVI.
The problem is definitely on the TwonkyServer side as I tried one of the movies, not showing subtitles, with a USB drive directly to the Samsung TV, and it was showing the subtitles with no problem at all.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Re: Subtitles Support With Samsung TV
ok. I figured out what was the issue.
The movie file (.AVI) was copied in the directory before the subtitle file (.SRT), and the DB was updated before the subtitle file was in the directory. At the time the SRT file is copied the DB is not updated again (maybe it should now that I think about it). What I did was to copy the movie file back into the directory again, and "vuala" the subtitles are shown.

Re: Subtitles Support With Samsung TV
Some users have reported that they needed to update the firmware in their Samsung TVs before subtitles would work with TS 6.0.31-RC6.
