Hi, just bought a new tv and was told that I need twonky or something similar to view photos, videos etc. because I'm running vista on my laptop. Never heard of Twonky before yesterday so I downloaded and installed server/manager. Really don't know how it works - followed instructions to the best of my ability but just can't get the tv to show photos from the laptop, just seems to display the folders and won't go any further. When it comes to the videos (transferred from my mobile to laptop) - errors like 'Unknown error occured or just doesn't open.

What does TM Player mean or do?
I've got:
Netgear DG834G v.5 router
Toshiba Regza TV
connected wireless to laptop
Acer Aspire laptop VISTA - (Same laptop used for months to view photos and DV capture videos on another tv in a different room without any special software)
Can someone tell me where I'm going wrong in setup ?

Are you able to drag music to the Toshiba icon? I want to first confirm whether your TV is a DMR.
