Problems after WHS (SCALEO) WakeUp

Post by InTimo » Thu Jul 07, 2011 9:58 pm

Hello Experts,

I´ve an problem with the installed Twonky Server (newest and licensed Version) on an WHS System (Fujitsu SCALEO 1900) .. the Server is in Autostart and after an normal Start, the Server runs correctly. But after suspend and WakeUp, the server isn´t running (no connect to the Interface) .. when I close (over the Tray Icon - by Remote Desktop) and restart the Twonky then it runs again.

How can I fix the "Sleep-Prblem"?? Any Ideas ??

Timo

I don't have an answer, but I've forwared this to some of our engineers. Hopefully they or another WHS user will have a suggestion for you.

His question to you is... "which Add are you using for WHS to make it in suspend situation?"

The "LightsOut" AddIn. But some weeks ago it works great together!

You might want to try another add-in. It doesn't sound to me like this is a server issue. I'm running TS 6.0 on a HP MSS running WHS and my server wakes up fine when I access it with my Blu-ray.

Hello,
There is no other AddIn with all these Features like LightsOut. Some weeks ago Twonky and LightsOut works great together. Logs can help?

I'm not sure if server logs would help for this problem, but if you send one to me, I'll forward this on.

Which LOG do you mean. It gives many .. EventLOG? Or create Twonky itself LOG-Files?

I was talking about a Twonky log, but to be honest I'm not sure it will help. I have a memory stick on order so I can upgrade my WHS server. Once that is done, I will see if I can replicate the issue that you are seeing.
