Serial already in use

Dear Team,

don´t know what´s going on but i´ve purchased a 6.x license some month ago.
I´ve restarted my server today and encountered the following error:

License already in use

Trialperiode is expired...

i´m not amused about, because streaming stops.

Known issue? Help me out please.

Not sure if its a known issue or not...

As I understand it, twonky allows one to use the software on 5 computers ( based on MAC addresses )
So unless you have been running around and using on different comps etc.
That shouldnt be an issue

If you initially had a trial installed, and then entered a key
Maybe uninstalling it and reinstalling it might help
and or going to the newest version

Outside of that I would contact Twonky Support

Normally having our customer support reset your license key fixes this type of problem. If you dont' get a response from them promptly, send me the e-mail you used to purchase your key and I'll have it reset for you. Send it to tmm-beta@pv.com.
