is there a change log for release 6.0.38 and will there be also NAS versions?

I usually post things if and when I see them appear on the site

I assume if and when they do it would show up here

This is just a "GUESS" but they could also jump to the next version
as they sometimes do for ex: 6.0.39 or other
But when they do post it Rick will usually make a post about it
