Folders for music visible but not album

Hi,
I have the Twonky version 6.0.34 QPKG add on on a Qnap TS110. Strange thing is that I can see all of my music in the folder view. When I change to album view (or by artist, by what ever...) I can only see a view of my albums.I already rebuilt the database, re ripped CD´s. Any ideas what the cause is that not all albums are shown?

what formnat are the music files in
tag support is file format dependent
the albums are probably showing based on a files folder path aka album

Files are either Flac or Wav.

If Im not mistaken

FLAC files with ID3v1 or ID3v2 tags is supported

WAV I think needs that metadata in the actual file name, syntax and how it parsed not sure of
