Compatibility issues

Post by TwonkyMediaUser » Thu Jan 05, 2012 3:17 am

Hello,

I have recently bought a WD MyBook Live 1TB NAS. This drive comes with Twonky Media Server 5.1.9 as default.

I have copied all my pictures & videos to the shared folders provided in the drive. I have a Denon 1912 & Sharp LC70LE732U (both DLNA certified) & am trying to access the media from the drive but not have been able to.

Both of these are not listed in your website as compatible.

I have gone through all the settings & made sure that the TV & receiver have the rights to access the media.

Is there anything you can suggest to make this work?

Thanks in advance.

What media files are you having problems with? Normally JPEGs and MP3s play fine on everything. Videos files are often problematic with some DLNA devices.
