Background Transcoding Questions

Hello All,

I have some questions regarding the background transcoding:

1. Suppose I configure background transcoding to video/MPEG4. How would the output file would look like and where it would be placed?

2. When transcoding would take place? Immediately when the file is added to the server? On every pre-defined time interval?

3. One of the default .desc files is "ffmpeg-ts-mp4.desc" that has the field "from=video/*". Does this means that all video formats are transcoded?

One more question please

You should the process should be undaemonzied (i.e change "$TWONKYSRV -D" at the startup script to $TWONKYSRV)?
