public folders not accissible

my photos, music in public folders used to be visible on my samsung smart TV, suddenly now no files are visible.
I am unable to log onto mybookworld form browsers either.
i am using mybookworld.
i am using samsung smart tv and macbook air: safari/chrome/firefox
the mbookworld folders are visible in 'finder' on macbook air

I would suggest trying to restart the nas, but since you cant log into it do that
pulling the plug, and putting the plug back in should take care of that
if you still cant log into the nas I would contact wd
