TwonkyMediaServer.EXE has stopped working

Hi. I am running latest twonky 4.4 on Vista. After I start the application in runs for 1 minute before I get the TwonkyMediaServer.EXE has stopped working message. So I shut down and restart - but I get the same error again! Has anyone seen this before? I have uninstalled and had numerous attempts with no luck.... Please help! Al.
