This is very strange.
I have just upgraded to Twonky 4.4 on my Buffalo Terastation and, while the server seems to work fine (my clients work), I can't make any config changes using the web interface. Apart from no config information showing on the config screens (apart from some default values), every time I make a change it just disappears.
Any ideas?
