TMS 5 - Where has External Applications gone?

I've just upgraded my Qnap NAS to the latest firmware which included an upgrade of Twonky from 4.x to 5.1.2. However my iTunes playlists no longer show on my PS3 or in the Twonky Media Browser and the option (External Applications) to specify the iTunes XML file is gone!

How do I correct this, I want my PS3 to show the Playlist as they are in iTunes.
