I have just today upgraded my TS-209 firmware to v 3.2.0 build 622 which includes Twonky Media Server v. 5.1.6.
When I do a rescan all my .mkv files that are in the Qmultimedia/DVD folder on the QNAP is not found.
The scan finds all my photos and .flac music files.
I am streamning the .mkv files on my samsung tv through WDHD TV live and in the previous version of TMS (v. 4.4 something) it worked perfectly also the scan.
When I looked in the folder tree through WDHD TV Live i discovered that all my .mkv files can be found under the "Music" tab.
It seems that the TMS scan recognises the .mkv files as a music file and reports it as such in the count and overviews in the media library.... even though music files, photos and dvd's are in separate folders.
Can y please help....

I have exactly the same issue, all my .mkv files have disappeared, is there anyway to fix this?
