Does movie link impact if we change (name, older) movie file

Does movie link impact if we change (name, older) movie file

Hi admin,
As we know, after install TwonkySrv, we can explore the media/movie link on website http://ip:9000 and we can copy these links to URL of media player for playing. My concern: Would the movie link be changed if we move our movie file to another folder or we rename movie file?
Would you pls share the way TwonkySrv create the movie link ?
