30-Day Trial Expired on Day 1

Post by BigFeat » Mon Jan 03, 2011 10:45 pm

I just downloaded the Twonky Server 30-day trial today and after installing it I received this message "Your trial version has expired". This is the first time I have heard of this software and downloaded it today, so I obviously have not exhausted this trial offer period. Is the trial not being honored? How do I resolve this? Thanks.

Sorry I don't have better news.

The currently licensing system we're using sometimes does this. Sadly there is nothing we can do to get around this. That's one of the reasons why we're planning to move to a new licensing system later this year.

About the only thing you can do now, is purchase it and request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you don't want to keep it. We will gladly refund your money.
