Streaming problem on LG 50PK950

Hi,
I have problem with streaming on LG 50PK950.
1) Pictures/fotos are displayed only thumbnails, but when I open not displayed
2) Streaming DVD video (718x572) is in 4:3, meanwhile others resolution is normally rescale on fullscreen
