How to upgrade to 6.032 from 6.023 in linux

hello I currently use Twonky server on my Ubuntu server ad watch films on my ps3 now i would like to upgrade to version 6.032 but I am not sure how to do this in Linux I have tried to just run the file twonkymedia-i386-glibc-2.2.5-6.0.32.sh but nothing seems to happen so any advice would be appreciated
