Last Content Source removed

Hi I have WD TV Live Hub running Twonkymedia server, which also accesses a Linux machine running Twonkymedia server. I have an intermittent and apparently random problem when viewing from the Linux server that gives the following message 'The last content source has been removed. Please select a new content source. I have to reselect the Linux server and the program being viewed resumes from where it left off. Just wondering if there are any suggestions for curing this problem as the Linux server shows no signs of failing. Many Thanks
